Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For same-day rentals, full payment is required at checkout.
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Square, ensuring a secure and hassle-free payment process. We do not accept cash payments.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery is free within our standard service area. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our primary service zone.
Yes! We handle the full setup and takedown to ensure everything is safe and secure.
We offer same-day rentals if inventory is available. A $50 rush fee applies.
Equipment & SafetyDelivery times vary but typically occur 1–3 hours before your event start time. Pickups are scheduled after your event ends, but late-night pickups may be subject to an overnight hold and collected the next morning.
Weather & Cancellations
If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, or storms) is forecasted, you may reschedule your event. If the cancellation is due to weather before setup, you can receive a full credit toward a future rental.
Yes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit for future use. If canceled within 8 hours of your event without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Equipment & Safety
Inflatables can be set up on grass, pavement, or concrete. However, we do not set up on gravel, rocks, or uneven surfaces.
Our inflatables are designed for kids, but certain units can accommodate adults. Please check the unit details or contact us for specifics.
You will need at least 2-3 feet or clearance for all units. Each unit requires different space. Here are our recommended clearances for example:
- Ari’s Ninja Bounce & Slide (Wet/Dry): 33′ L x 15′ W x 17′ H
- Block Party Bounce House: 28′ L x 16′ W x 14′ H
ALL OCCUPANTS MUST LEAVE THE UNIT UNTIL POBLEM IS FIXED!
